Activ Series

LIMITED 1 year warranty
LITEBAND® guarantees its ACTIV Series headlamps for 1 year from date of purchase to be free of material and/or workmanship defects. LITEBAND’s only liability under this limited warranty shall be at our option to repair or replace any product determined by LITEBAND® to be defective. No damages or other remedies available.

LITEBAND® will either repair or replace any defective product or lithium-ion battery, at our sole option. Certain products are available for a limited time only. If a claim is made involving one of these products, LITEBAND® reserves the right to replace a broken or defective product with a standard LITEBAND® product of comparable size and quality if no comparable limited-edition product is available at the time of a claim.
To make a warranty claim, the purchaser must complete contact us at info@liteband.com (subj line Defective) with attached receipt of purchase and explanation of defect. Any warranty claims shall be made by the purchaser as soon as practicable.

Pro Series

LIMITED 2 year warranty
LITEBAND® guarantees its PRO series headlamps (Lithium-ion Batteries excluded) for 2 year from date of purchase to be free of material and/or workmanship defects. Lithium-ion Batteries are guaranteed for 1 year from date of purchase to be free of material and/or workmanship defects. LITEBAND’s only liability under this limited warranty shall be at our option to repair or replace any product determined by LITEBAND® to be defective. No damages or other remedies available.
