*FREE Shipping is offered to purchases of $75 or more that are shipped to anywhere in the continental United States. FREE Shipping excludes Alaska and Hawaii.
We process and ship orders as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day your order was placed. Most orders placed before 2:00 PM CST Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST, over the weekend, or on a US Holiday will be processed and shipped the following business day. International and Truck Freight orders require additional communication and processing time.

Returns

To make a warranty claim, the purchaser must complete contact us at info@liteband.com (Subject line: Defective) with attached receipt of purchase and explanation of defect. Any warranty claims shall be made by the purchaser as soon as possible.
